I’m a Human Performance Consultant and the founder of FourCore Consulting. I help leaders and teams strengthen the human skills that shape how people communicate, collaborate, navigate change, and perform under pressure.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: people perform better when they understand themselves, know how to work effectively with others, and have practical tools they can use in real moments—not just concepts that sound good in a training room.
Before launching FourCore Consulting, I spent eight years as an educator, designing curriculum and helping students turn complex ideas into practical understanding. Today, I bring that same depth, clarity, and intentionality to organizations through leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, conflict, and human-readiness programs.
I don’t deliver one-size-fits-all training. I create experiences that help people recognize what is getting in the way of performance, practice new ways of responding, and leave prepared to do something differently. My goal is not simply to deliver an engaging session—it is to create learning that changes how people lead, work, and show up when it matters most.
